Kanami provides automated email and text message alerts for the following purposes:  

● Reservation confirmations and reminders 

● Order status updates (e.g., takeout/delivery)  

● Promotions, discounts, and events  

● General customer service updates  

Messages are sent via email and/or SMS/MMS using Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging technology.  
 

2. Consent to Receive Messages

 By signing up (e.g., via our website, reservation system, or by texting a keyword), you:  

● Affirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the contact information provided.  

● Provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages from Kanami.  

● Acknowledge that message frequency may vary based on your interactions.  

● Understand that standard message and data rates may apply. Please check with your carrier for details.

 Consent is not a condition of any purchase. 

3. Opting Out

  You may opt out of our messaging services at any time:  

● Text Messages: Reply STOP to any SMS/MMS message to unsubscribe.  

● Emails: Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email.  

After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your decision to unsubscribe. 

4. Privacy

 We respect your privacy. Your contact information will be used exclusively for Kanami communications and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except:  

● As required by law  

● As necessary to deliver our messaging services (e.g., through trusted third-party service providers)

  Kanami is not liable for: 

 ● Message delivery delays or failures caused by mobile carrier networks or internet connectivity issues  

● Delivery issues resulting from device settings, mobile coverage, or previously opted-out status 

 ● Any technical limitations due to user hardware, software, or service providers 

7. Changes to These Terms

 We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our messaging services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
